乡村教育供给中人与物配置的失衡现象与平衡方式

乡村教育供给是按一定标准给乡村需要的人提供教育资源的一种行动方式。由于政府教育资源总量的有限性、市场经济主导下追求教育利益最大化以及乡村教育政策本身的局限性,乡村教育供给中人与物配置的失衡现象时常出现。其突出表现为在较长一段时间里乡村教育供给中人与物的配置在比例关系上的失调,即量上的不相适应和质上的相互分裂。因此,需加强计划经济的干预,完善乡村教育供给政策,实现二者配置平衡发展。

Rural education supply is a form of action which provides educational resources for people in rural areas according to certain criterion.Due to the limitation of the total of governmental education resources;the pursuit of maximum educational benefits under the market economy,and the defect of the rural educational policy,the distributional imbalance between the personnel and substance in the supply of rural education often occurs.It is prominently manifested in the imbalance of the proportion of personnel and substance in the supply of rural education over a long period of time,that is,the incompatibility and qualitative division of quantity.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the intervention of the planned economy,and improve the rural education supply policy to achieve balanced development of the two configurations.
