人本主义视角下和谐导学关系的重构 被引量:19

摘要 人本主义心理学的核心理论是对学生潜能的尊重,以及对自我实现和健康人格的追求。这一理论运用在现代导学关系中有利于实现立德树人的教育目标。当前导学关系存在主要问题是:一是师生学术旨趣存在差异;二是师生关系淡漠与疏远;三是师生关系出现异化。为此应确立和谐导学关系的目标,和谐导学关系的前提是师生个体的独立及和谐互动,应通过人本主义教育下的交往及其运用等途径构建和谐导学关系。 The core theory of humanistic psychology is the respect for students’potential and the pursuit of self-realization and healthy personality.The application of this theory in the modern guiding relationship is conducive to the realization of the educational goals of the Li De Shuren.The main problems in the current tutoring relationship are:First,there are differences in the academic interests of teachers and students;second,the teacherstudent relationship is indifferent and alienated;third,the teacher-student relationship is alienated.To this end,the goal of establishing a harmonious guiding relationship is proposed.The premise of harmonious guiding relationship is the independence and harmonious interaction between teachers and students.The communication under the humanistic education and its application form a harmonious guiding relationship.
