Development of Science of Educational Management in Modern China

近现代中国的教育管理学研究,肇始于1840年以后的西学冲击,发展于洋务运动前后日本教育管理学的传入。1898年,光绪帝下诏变法,谕令书局引译外书,许多日本书籍传入国内。20世纪初叶,各类新式师范学堂纷纷设置教育管理学课程,国人亦开始编写相关著作。20世纪20年代起,转而效仿美国,美国的教育管理学著作接踵而来,于30年代达到顶峰。至20世纪40年代,终至走上本土化的发展道路,我国的教育管理学逐步生长,各类著作中更是闪现出立足本土实践的宝贵思考。

The research of educational management in modern China started from the impact of western learning after 1840 and the introduction of Japanese educational management before and after the Westernisation Movement.In 1898,Emperor Guangxu issued a decree to translate foreign books,and many Japanese books were introduced into China.In the early 20 th century,various new normal schools set courses of science of educational managtment,and Chinese began to write relevant works.From the 1920s on,it followed the United States,and the American management writings of education came to the top in the 1930s.By the 1940s,China’s education management gradually grew up and all kinds of works showed valuable thinking based on local practice.
