摘要
概念问题是学科理论构建的基础,概念化问题是教育领导学科理论的重要特征。当代教育领导学科的理论取向及其基本概念的形成是多元性的,以此为前提,可以析出教育领导学科理论概念的形成和发展不仅与教育领导主体的实践活动、理论阐释及研究方法关系密切,而且其概念化问题在认知形式和呈现方式上兼具符号性、经验性、共时性和历时性特点;由于教育领导母体学科的分化和学科理论的进一步完善,受不同学科研究范式的影响,教育领导学科概念在形成过程中,存在特殊的内在和外在关联及逻辑递进。对教育领导学科理论概念化问题的反思,可以引导教育领导学科理论研究在不同领域的拓展,并在容纳多元研究范式的同时,强化或聚焦学科的研究指向。
Conception is the basis of discipline theory construction,and conceptualization is an important feature of Educational Leadership discipline theory.The theoretical orientation of Contemporary educational leadership and the formation of its basic concepts are pluralistic.On this premise,it can be concluded that not only the formation and development of the theoretical concepts of educational leadership are closely related to the practical activities,theoretical interpretation,and research methods,but also the conceptualization of this discipline has symbolic,empirical,synchronic,and diachronic characteristcs in cognitive form and presentation mode.Due to the differentiation of the maternal disciplines of educational leadership and the further improvement of the discipline theory,influenced by the research paradigms of different disciplines,the concept of educational leadership has special internal and external relations and logical progression in its formation process.Reflections on the conceptualization of educational leadership theory can guide the research of the discipline to expand in different fields,and strengthen or focus on the research direction of the discipline while accommodating multiple research paradigms.
