摘要
大学生志愿者活动是当代大学生践行社会主义核心价值观的有效平台和重要载体,但实践过程中存在持续参与意愿不强、社会认可度下降等亟待解决的问题。研究结果表明:大学生参与的自主性、组织运行管理机制以及学校社会反馈产生的实际效果等过程性要素影响大学生志愿者活动效能的提升。优化大学生志愿者活动设计理念、调整完善组织管理和反馈机制、创新学校和社会对大学生志愿者活动的支持方式,对于大学生志愿者组织效能提升具有重要价值。
University students’volunteer activities are an effective platform and important carrier for the contemporary college students to practise core socialist values.However,in practice,it still has some problems to be solued urgently,including the weak willingness of sustainable participation,and the decrease of social approval.The research is based on organizational effectiveness theory to investigate the current status.The result shows that the effectiveness of university students’volunteer activities is influenced by the process factors,induding the participation autonomy,management operation mechanism and the actual effects produced by the society and university’s feedback.Optimizing the design concept of university students’volunteer activities,adjustig and perfecting the organaizational management and feedback mechanism and innovating the unviersity and society’s supporting system for university students’volunteer activities are of great value to improve the organizational effectiveness for university volunteers.
