摘要
锅炉烟气经过湿法脱硫净化后为饱和湿烟气,直接排放到外界大气中易产生白烟羽。利用焓湿图对白烟羽产生的条件进行分析,根据白烟羽产生的临界条件,应用理论数学建模的方法,建立了不产生白烟羽临界条件下的数学模型,提出了一种简单的实用的根据外界不同的大气环境控制排烟温度预测模型,达到烟气排放无白烟羽的目的。
The boiler flue gas is saturated wet flue gas after wet desulfurization and purification,which is easy to produce white mist when directly discharged to the outside atmosphere.In this paper,the enthalpy-humidity diagram was used to analyze the conditions in which white mist is produced.According to the critical conditions of white mist generation,the mathematical model in the critical conditions of no white mist generation was established by using the method of pure mathematics modeling.A simple and practical prediction model for controlling smoke exhaust temperature according to different atmospheric environments is proposed to achieve the purpose of smoke emission without white mist.
