葡萄糖调节蛋白78(GRP78)是一种分子伴侣,属于HSP70家族,除了参与内质网应激状态下肿瘤的发生、发展与凋亡外,细胞表面的GRP78也可参与多种信号转导。GRP78抑制剂的研究正成为癌症治疗的热门领域,本文主要介绍了GRP78的结构及其抑制剂的最新进展。

GRP78 is a molecular chaperone and belongs to the HSP70 family. In addition to its involvement in the development, progression and apoptosis of tumor during endoplasmic reticulum stress, GRP78 on cell surface can also participate in many signal transduction. GRP78 inhibitors are becoming a hot topic in cancer therapy. In this paper, the structure and the latest research progress of GRP78 inhibitors were introduced.
