摘要
建立了养殖废水中土霉素含量的测定方法。采用络合分光光度法测定土霉素含量,筛选了测定土霉素含量时金属离子的增敏剂,探讨了土霉素与增敏剂的显色条件。结果表明:在pH 4~8范围内和常温条件下,Cu^(2+)的增敏效果最好;Cu^(2+)与土霉素络合物的最大吸收波长为309 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为3.9×10~5 L/mol·cm;土霉素的线性测量范围为1.0~10.0 mg/L (r^2=0.999 0),平均回收率为100.9%,精密度RSD为2.8%。该方法准确性高,精密度好,方便快捷。
A method, chelating reaction-spectrophotometry with Cu2+ ions as the sensitizer, was developed for the determination of oxytetracycline hydrochloride in breeding wastewater. The detective wavelength was 309 nm and molar absorption coefficient was 3.9×105 L/mol·cm. The absorbance and the mass concentration of oxytetracycline hydrochloride exhibited a linear relationship in the range of 1.00~10.00 mg/L(r2=0.9990). The detection limit was 0.04 mg/L. The average recovery was 100.9%(RSD=2.8%). This method is simple, rapid and low-cost for the determination of oxytetracycline hydrochloride in breeding wastewater.
