气井井下节流排水采气工艺技术探讨 被引量:4

摘要 每个气田的开采环境不同,因此需要结合实际开采情况,为其选取一种最佳开采工艺。本文分析了每一种开采工艺的优缺点,结合苏里格气田开采工艺需求,对节流器进行改进处理,通过控制节流气井合理下深来达到提高气井携液能力的目的,从多项采气工艺中选取最佳工艺。试验结果表明,该项优化方案可以在一定程度上增加气井低压区段,有助于气井携液能力的提升。 Each gas field has different exploitation environments, so it is necessary to select an optimum extraction technology for each gas field according to the actual exploitation situation. The advantages and disadvantages of each production technology were analyzed in detail. Combined with the demand of production technology in Sulige gas field, the throttle was improved. By controlling the reasonable depth of throttle in gas wells, the purpose of improving the liquid carrying capacity of gas wells was achieved, and the optimum process was selected from various gas production technologies. The experimental results showed that the optimization scheme increased the low pressure section of gas wells to improve the liquid carrying capacity of gas wells.
