The vibration cause of centrifugal pump may be an independent inducement or the result of many factors. It can be roughly divided into four categories: mechanical causes, structural causes, hydraulic causes and hydrodynamic reasons. In this paper, taking the vibration fault of lean liquid pump in a large coal chemical enterprise as an example, the causes of centrifugal pump group vibration were analyzed, and the solutions were put forward.
