FC-4430/SiO_2/PU复合疏水涂层制备及性能研究

摘要 具有疏水性表面的材料在自清洁、流体输送、减阻等领域具有潜在的应用价值。本文采用纳米Si O2粒子为添加剂,聚氨酯(PU)为成膜物,含氟表面活性剂(FC-4430)为低表面能修饰物,构筑出了微-纳米复合结构,采用涂刷工艺制备出FC-4430/Si O2/PU复合涂层。研究了Si O2和PU的质量比、FC-4430的用量对涂层疏水性能的影响。结果表明:在SiO2和PU的质量比为1:4,FC-4430的含量为1.5 mL时,复合涂层的疏水性能最好,水滴的接触角为127.6°。 Materials with hydrophobic surfaces have potential applications in fields such as self-cleaning,fluid transport,and drag reduction.In this paper,the micro-nano composite structure was constructed by using nano-SiO2 particles as additives,polyurethane(PU)as film-forming material,fluorosurfactant(FC-4430)as low surface energy modifier,and then FC-4430/SiO2/PU composite coating was prepared by brushing process.The effect of the mass ratio of SiO2 to PU,the amount of FC-4430 on the hydrophobic property of the coating was investigated.The results showed that when the mass ratio of SiO2 to PU was 1:4 and the content of FC-4430 was 1.5 mL,the hydrophobicity of prepared composite coating was the best,and the contact angle was 127.6°.
