钒酸铋光催化材料的改性研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 钒酸铋是一种具有代表性的新型半导体材料,展现出较好的可见光光催化活性。为了进一步提高光催化活性,采用离子掺杂、半导体复合和表面修饰等方法对其进行改性合成了钒酸铋基光催化材料。虽然这些方法能够明显改善光能利用效率,扩大光谱响应范围,但是单一方法改性的钒酸铋基光催化材料的光催化效率还不高。有研究表明多种方法共同修饰改性能够有效提高钒酸铋光催化效率,将成为重点研究方向。 Bismuth vanadate is one new semiconductor material with good visible-light photocatalytic activity.In order to further improve the photocatalytic activity,the ion doping,surface modification and semiconductor compound methods were used to modify bismuth vanadate.Although these methods can significantly improve energy utilization efficiency,enlarge the range of spectral response,but the photocatalytic efficiency of bismuth vanadate materials modified by a single method was not enough.The studies have shown that the combination of different modification methods can effectively improve the photocatalytic efficiency of bismuth vanadate,which will become the key research direction.
