摘要
结合工程项目实际情况,针对海洋油气平台管线系统电偶腐蚀问题提出了采用堆焊法兰的解决方案并明确了具体技术要求。该方案相比传统做法具有经济可靠、易于获得等优点,具有较好的推广应用价值。
In order to resolve the problem of offshore oil&gas pipe galvanic corrosion,a solution to the galvanic corrosion of flange by surfacing welding was put forward based on the project practice.Specific technical requirements of surfacing welding were discussed.Compared to traditional methods,the solution is more economic,available and durable and worthy of popularization and application.
