Upgrading and Modification of High Voltage Frequency Convertor of Flue Gas Fan in ATP Unit

变频器是利用电力半导体器件的通断作用将工频电源变换为另一频率的电能控制装置。交流电机变频调速是当今节电、改善生产工艺流程以提高产品质量和改善运行环境、推动技术进步的一种主要手段。本文主要介绍了抚顺矿业集团页岩炼油厂ATP装置烟气风机的变频改造历程,着重讲述升级改造的内容,同时对变频器在ATP装置中未来的发展进行了探讨。

Frequency convertor is a kind of electrical-controlled device which can change the fundamental frequency power supply into another frequency by the on-off action of power seimconductor device.The frequency conversion is a main method to save power and improve production process to improve the product quality and the operation environment,as well as motivate technical progress.In this paper,the frequency conversion modification process of flue gas fan in the ATP unit of FMG shale oil plant was introduced,the upgrading and modification processes were discussed.In the meanwhile,the future development of frequency convertor in ATP unit was prospected.
