摘要
随着山东省实施新旧动能转化、产业转型升级迈出新步伐,东营联合石化有限公司(以下简称联合石化)为响应政府号召积极推进芳烃高端化工项目,从而伴随着新增生产装置及部分原有装置增扩,在保证装置系统运行平稳、安全和保护环境原则下,通常设置火炬系统对生产运行各种工况下的火炬气作燃烧处理。火炬设计中必须对处理能力、设计方案、热辐射情况等环节进行详细计算,根据本厂的各个生产装置事故工况下(开停工、火灾、停电、停水、误操作等)排放的可燃性气体排放量不同,决定分别设置地面火炬和高架火炬。
With industrial transformation and upgrading in Shandong province,Dongying United Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.actively promote high-end aromatics chemical projects.So some New production units were installed and some old units were upgraded.in order to ensure smooth and safe operation of the plant,the torch system was set up to treat torch gas.Treating capacity,design plan and heat radiation must be calculated in the design of torch system.In this paper,according to the accident conditions of each production unit of the factory,the configuration of ground torch and elevated torch was discussed.
