摘要
采用微波消解和湿法水浴消解法对同一标准样品和土壤样品进行前处理,制备好的溶液用原子荧光测定土壤中砷、汞的测定,微波消解法可大大缩短土壤样品消解时间,且方法操作简便,测定值和湿法水浴消解基本一致,在标样范围之内。
Microwave digestion and wet water bath digestion were respectively used to pretreat the same standard samples and soil samples.After the solution samples were prepared,arsenic and mercury in the soil samples were determined by atomic fluorescence determination.The results showed that the microwave digestion using nitric acid greatly shortened the soil sample digestion time,and the method was simple,measurement results were basically consistent to those with wet water bath digestion.
