摘要
以2,4-二甲基苯胺为原料,采用双氧水和氢溴酸为溴化剂,制备2-溴-4,6-二甲基苯胺,并对双氧水用量、氢溴酸用量、反应温度等工艺参数进行了优化,同时以2,4-二甲基-6-溴苯胺为原料经重氮化、水解制备了3,5-二甲基溴苯,收率达到63.1%。
2-Bromo-4,6-dimethylaniline was prepared from 2,4-dimethylaniline by using hydrogen peroxide and hydrobromic acid as brominating agent.The process parameters were optimized in detail,including the amount of hydrogen peroxide and hydrobromic acid,reaction temperature and time.Subsequently,3,5-dimethylbromobenzene was synthesized by diazotization and hydrolysis of2-bromo-4,6-dimethylaniline,and the yield reached 63.1%.
