摘要
以壳聚糖、硅藻土和纳米Fe3O4等为主要原料,合成磁性壳聚糖/硅藻土复合材料(M-CS-硅藻土)。分别考察了M-CS-硅藻土投加量、p H、吸附温度和吸附时间等因素对亚甲基蓝(MB)吸附性能的影响。结果表明,当M-CS-硅藻土投加量为60g/L、吸附温度30℃、p H为5~6、吸附时间为120 min,亚甲基蓝去除率为77.33%左右。
Magnetic chitosan/diatomite composite(M-CS-Diatomite)was prepared by glutaraldehyde crosslinking and solution blending method using diatomite,chitosan and ferriferrous oxide as starting materials.The factors affecting adsorption of methyl blue,(MB)such as dosage of M-CS-Diatomite,pH value of solution,adsorption temperature and adsorption time were studied.The results showed that when the dosage of M-CS-Diatomite was 60 g/L,the pH value of solution was 5~6,the adsorption temperature was 30℃and adsorption time was 120 min,the removal rate was about 77.33%.
