摘要
C4醛、醇包括异丁醛、异丁醇以及正丁醇等在工业上具有广泛的应用,如异丁醛可以制备异丁醇、新戊二醇、甲基丙烯酸、异丁酸等许多下游产品;正丁醇可用于制备邻苯二甲酸以及磷酸的正丁酯类增塑剂,广泛用于各种塑料和橡胶制品。本文综述了近年低碳醇(C1-C2醇)合成的C4醛、醇的研究进展,并且对催化剂的収展进行了展望。
C4 aldehydes and alcohols,including isobutyraldehyde,isobutanol and n-butanol,have been widely used in industry.For example,isobutyraldehyde can be used to prepare many downstream products such as isobutanol,neopentyl glycol,methacrylic acid,isobutyric acid,etc.N-butanol can be used to prepare phthalic acid and n-butyl ester plasticizers of phosphoric acid,which is widely used in various plastics and rubber products.In this paper,research progress in synthesis of C4 aldehydes and alcohols from low-carbon alcohols(C1-C2 alcohols)in recent years was reviewed,and the development trend of catalysts was prospected.
