酶法测定脂肪乳氨基酸（17）葡萄糖（11%）注射液氨基酸注射液中游离氨的含量

Determination of Free Ammonia Content in Amino Acid Injection of Fat Emulsion, Amino Acids(17)and Glucose(11%)Injection by Enzymatic Method

目的:建立脂肪乳氨基酸(17)葡萄糖(11%)注射液中氨基酸注射液游离氨的测定方法。方法:采用谷氨酸脱氢酶法测定。结果:在0~8μg范围内,氨的质量与吸光度之间线性关系良好;该方法的精密度、重复性和加样回收率的RSD值分别为0.34%、0.91%、1.2%。结论:该方法操作简便,可用于脂肪乳氨基酸(17)葡萄糖(11%)注射液中氨基酸注射液游离氨的测定。

A method for determination of free ammonia in fat emulsion,amino acid(17)and glucose(11%)injection was established.Samples were determined by glutamate dehydrogenase.The results showed that the method was a good linear at the range of 0~8μg of the ammonia.The RSD values of the precision test,reproducibility test and the recovery rate test were 0.34%,0.91%,1.2%,respectively.So the method is accurate,rapid and reproducible,and can be used to determine the free ammonia in aminic acid injection of fat emulsion,amino acids(17)and glucose(11%)injection.
