抗紫外聚酯膜的制备及抗紫外性能测试

摘要 用进口和国产抗紫外聚酯母料和有光聚酯切片共混,利用流延铸片机制成铸片,在双向拉伸实验机上进行双向拉伸,制备抗紫外聚酯膜。利用紫外分光光度计对膜片进行抗紫外性能测试。结果表明:进口和国产抗紫外聚酯铸片、双向拉伸制膜顺利,工艺稳定;进口抗紫外聚酯膜的紫外性能要好于国产抗紫外聚酯的抗紫外性能。 The anti-ultraviolet polyester film was prepared by blending imported or domestic anti-ultraviolet polyester masterbatches with glossy polyester chips.Casting slices were made by tape casting machine,and biaxial stretching was carried out on biaxial stretching machine.The anti-ultraviolet property of the film was tested by ultraviolet spectrophotometer.The results showed that the biaxial stretching processes of imported and domestic anti-ultraviolet polyester castings were smooth and stable,and the ultraviolet performance of imported anti-ultraviolet polyester film was better than that of domestic anti-ultraviolet polyester film.
