水煤浆气化系统的优化研究

摘要 某煤化工装置,设置了1开1备两系列气化炉,灰水系统共用。为了节省投资,对水煤浆进料系统、氧气进料系统、洗涤塔系统进行优化。水煤浆进料系统进行合并,共用一台高压煤浆泵及相应的管线、自动切断阀,节省投资约275万元。氧气进料系统除部分使用Inconel外,其他地方使用不锈钢304L,节省投资约100万元。洗涤塔系统进行合并,共用一台文丘里洗涤器、一台洗涤塔及相应的管线、阀门,节省投资约180万元。 A coal chemical plant has 2 gasifiers,one is in operation and the other is spare.The grey water system is shared.In order to save investment,coal water slurry feeding system,oxygen feeding system and scrubbing tower system have been optimized.Coal water slurry feeding system has been merged,and a high-pressure coal slurry pump,corresponding pipelines and automatic shut-off valves have been shared,which has saved about 2.75 million Yuan in investment.The oxygen feeding system uses 304L stainless steel except the partial structure uses Inconel,which has saved about 1 million Yuan in investment.The scrubbing tower system has been merged,sharing a venturi scrubber,a scrubbing tower and corresponding pipelines and valves,saving about 1.8 million Yuan in investment.
