煤层气混合制冷工艺液化流程技术分析

Technical Analysis on the Liquefaction Flow of Coal Bed Gas Mixing Refrigeration Process

国新能源集团在山西阳泉建设了一座具有调峰储气功能的液化天然气工厂,原料气为煤层气,液化采用MRC混合冷剂制冷的液化工艺技术。本文对预处理阶段的脱酸流程、脱氮流程和液化流程进行重点阐述分析,在试运行过程中对发现的问题和产生的原因及解决办法也进行了说明。

Guoxin energy group Co.,Ltd.has built a liquefied natural gas plant with peaking and gas storage function in Yangquan,Shanxi province,its raw material gas is coalbed gas,and it uses the liquefaction process technology with MRC mixed refrigerant refrigeration.In this paper,the deacidification flow,nitrogen removal flow and liquefaction flow in the pretreatment stage were emphatically described and analyzed.some problems in the operation were discussed,and corresponding solutions were put forward.
