摘要
目的探讨轻链型多发性骨髓瘤(multiple myeloma,MM)实验室检查的特点。方法对27例轻链型MM和38例Ig G型MM病例的实验室检查结果进行回顾性分析。结果轻链型MM的RBC、HB、CRE、β2-微球蛋白、Ig G与Ig G型MM比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论轻链型MM的肾功能损害、贫血、感染程度高于Ig G型MM。
Objective To investigate laboratory characteristics of Light-chain multiple myeloma(LCMM). Methods To do retrospective analysis on laboratory results of 27 cases of LCMM and 38 cases of Ig G type MM statistically. Results There were significant differences in RBC、HB、CRE、β2-microglobulin、Ig G between LCMM and Ig G type MM(P<0.05). Conclusion The extent of renal dysfunction 、anemia and infection of LCMM is much more severe than that of Ig G type MM.
