乙型肝炎病毒及其检测技术研究进展

Research progress of hepatitis B virus and its detection technology

随着对乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)认识的增加,乙肝在世界范围内得到了广泛的关注。由于自身结构和酶的特点,乙型肝炎病毒具有突变率高的特点,增加了其检测的难度。现阶段,针对HBV的检测技术主要有基于血清学水平的检测技术和基于分子生物学的检测技术。本文从HBV的简介、检测技术、治疗方法和前景展望四个方面展开综述。

With the increase of the acquaintance of hepatitis B virus(HBV),the hepatitis B disease has gained more and more attention around the world.Due to characteristics of the structure and enzyme,the mutation rate of HBV is very high,which increases the difficulty to its detection.Nowadays,detection technologies of HBV are mainly based on serological and molecular biology.This article held the review through introduction,testing technology,treatment and prospect of HBV.
