高血压患者血压水平与血清ADMA相关性的研究

The Association between Serum ADMA and Blood Pressure Level in Hypertension Patients

目的:分析人群血浆非对称二甲基精氨酸(ADMA)水平与高血压之间的关系。方法:收集2015年7月至2016年6月于我院门诊体检的高血压患者86例作为本研究的病例组,并选择同期体检的健康人67例作为正常对照组。通过调查问卷的方法对纳入研究的对象的一般资料进行收集,并进行体格检查。同时,应用全自动生化分析仪检测2组研究对象体内的总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白及血糖等生化指标水平,应用反相高效液相色谱法检测分析采用比较2组研究对象血浆ADMA含量水平。结果:与对照组相比较,病例组患者在平均年龄、体质量指数(BMI)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)指标方面无明显差异,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);但病例组组患者的舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)、脉搏波传导速度(PWV)及非对称二甲基精氨酸(ADMA)指标值均显著高于对照组,一氧化氮(NO)指标显著低于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,病例组患者血浆ADMA水平随患者血压水平的升高而增加(P<0.01),二者呈正相关性。结论:高血压患者血浆ADMA含量与血压水平呈现正相关,两者之间关系密切;ADMA可能参与和影响高血压疾病的发生和发展,临床应予以重视。

Objective: To analyze the relationship between hypertension and asymmetric dimethylarginine(ADMA). Methods:86 cases of hypertension patients who had Physical examination in our hospital from July 2015 to June 2016 were collected and considered as experimental group,and 67 cases of healthy people were collected and considered as control group. The general information of all cases were collected by questionnaire. Meanwhile,the levels of TC、TG、LDL、HDL and Glu were measured using an automatic biochemical analyzer,and the level of ADMA was detected by RP-HPLC. Results:Compared with the control group,the biochemical indicators(age,BMI,TC,TG,LDL,HDL) in experimental group had no change(P>0.05);but the levels of DBP、SBP、PWV and ADMA in experimental group increased significantly,and the NO level decreased instead(P<0.05). In addition,the level of ADMA increased as the blood pressure increased In experimental group,and there was an positive correlation between AMDA and blood pressure(P<0.01). Conclusion:In patients with hypertension,the blood pressure is positively correlated with ADMA,and the relationship is close;ADMA may participate the occurrence and development of hypertension,and more attention should be given to it.
