七氟醚复合丙泊酚靶控输注在全麻手术中运用的可行性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨全麻手术中运用七氟醚复合丙泊酚靶控输注的可行性。方法:以2015年8月-2016年11月在我院接受全麻手术的180例患者为研究对象,分别以对照组及研究组表示,对照组以七氟醚复合丙泊酚恒速输注进行麻醉,研究组以七氟醚复合丙泊酚靶控输注进行麻醉,并将研究组按七氟醚吸入浓度不同分为五组,分别为0.8 MAC组、1.0 MAC组、1.2 MAC组、1.4 MAC组与1.6 MAC组。结果:在麻醉诱导前后,分别对两组患者心率、血压、血氧饱和度及脑电双频指数(BIS)等相关指标进行检测,结果表明当吸入麻醉药浓度在0.8-1.0MAC时,各项观察指标与对照组间无明显差异(P>0.05),而吸入麻醉药浓度≥1.2MAC时,各项观察指标较对照组均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:在全麻手术中运用七氟醚复合丙泊酚靶控输注是一种可行方法,且七氟醚复合丙泊酚靶控输注时七氟醚浓度控制在0.8-1.0MAC效果较好。 Objective:To study the effect of sevoflurane combined with target controlled infusion of propofol for operation in general anesthesia. Methods:180 patients with general anesthesia in the hospital were included in the study from Aug 2015 to Nov 2016,and then were divided into the control group and the research group. In the control group,patients were anesthetized by the administration of sevoflurane combined with constant infusion of propofol,and patients in the research group were anesthetized by sevoflurane combined with target controlled infusion of propofol.Simultaneously,patients in the research group were further subdivided into five groups based on different concentration of sevoflurane(0.8 MAC group,1.0 MAC group,1.2 MAC group,1.4 MAC group and 1.6 MAC group). Results:Before and after the induction of anesthesia,indexes such as heart rate,blood pressure,oxygen saturation and bispectral index(BIS)of the two groups were detected,corresponding results suggested that there was no significant difference between the research group and the control group when the inhaled anesthetic concentration of sevoflurane was at 0.8-1.0 MAC;when inhaled anesthetic concentration was greater than or equal to 1.2 MAC,observed indexes were obviously lower in the experimental group when compared to these in the control group. Conclusion:Under general anesthesia,the application of sevoflurane combined with target controlled infusion of propofol is one of the new feasible methods,besides,the anesthetic effect is comparatively satisfactory when the concentration of sevoflurane is controlled at 0.8-1.0MAC.
