血压管理对脑出血患者预后的影响分析

Effect of Blood Pressure Management on Prognosis of Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的:探讨分析血压管理对脑出血患者预后的影响。方法:选取2013年7月至2016年7月我院收治的脑出血患者60例进行研究,将所有患者随机分为实验组(n=30)以及对照组(n=30),两组患者均给予脑出血常规治疗,对照组给予传统的血压管理,实验组在对照组的基础上给予规范化的血压管理,实验结束后,比较两组患者治疗前后的神经功能缺损评分、CCSS评分、SSS评分、脑血管事件发生率以及死亡率。结果:实验组患者治疗后的神经功能缺损评分、CCSS评分、SSS评分、脑血管事件发生率以及死亡率与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对脑出血患者实行血压管理可有效的改善预后,控制患者的血压水平,降低脑血管事件以及死亡率的发生,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of blood pressure management on the prognosis of patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:Sixty patients with cerebral hemorrhage from July 2013 to July 2016 were enrolled in this study. All patients were randomly divided into experimental group(n=30)and control group(n=30).Patients in both groups were given routine treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage. Patients in the control group were treated with traditional blood pressure. Patients in the experimental group were normalized on the basis of control group. The scores of neurological deficits,CCSS score,SSS score,incidence of cerebrovascular events and mortality were compared between two groups. Results:Compared with the control group, neurological deficit score, CCSS score, SSS score,cerebrovascular event morbidity and mortality after treatment in the experimental group were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Blood pressure management in patients with cerebral hemorrhage can improve improvement of the prognosis,control the blood pressure level of patients,reduce cerebrovascular events and the occurrence of mortality. It is worthy of clinical application.
