生长抑素及其类似物的临床研究进展 被引量：7

摘要 生长抑素(somatostatin,SST)是一种人体内自然合成的能发挥抑制分泌作用的多肽类激素。生成生长抑素的细胞大量存在于中枢和外周神经系统、内分泌胰腺、消化道。体内的生长抑素有两种活性形式:生长抑素-14和生长抑素-28。生长抑素在体内是通过与7次跨膜的G蛋白偶联受体(G-protein-coupled receptors,GPR)结合而发挥生理作用。距今为止发现的生长抑素受体(receptors,SSTR)
