急诊床旁快动脉血气速检测缩短检测周转时间

Point-of-Care Testing for Blood Gas Shortens Turn-around Time in the Emergency Department

目的:评估床旁快速诊断仪在急诊进行血气分析测定对检验周转时间的影响及其可靠性。方法:收集中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院急诊科2017年12月24日至2018年7月26日需行血气分析患者30例,分别在取血后、检验室上机前以床旁检测设备检测急诊患者动脉血气及电解质并记录检测时间,与常规送检验室动脉血气检测结果进行对比分析。结果:三组血样的检验结果一致性高,没有统计学差异。床旁检测组检测周转时间为4.87±1.41分钟,显著快于常规检验组的47.17±27.37分钟(P<0.01)。结论:急诊床旁检测血气分析能够显著缩短检测周转时间,与常规大检验结果相比,检验结果一致、可靠。

Objective:To evaluate the turn-around time and reliability of Point-of-Care testing for blood gas in emergency department comparing with the core laboratory testing.Methods:30 patients in our ED were enrolled in this study from December 24,2017 to July 26,2018.After prescriptions,all patients accepted one-shot artery blood gas and electrolyte admission.Each sample went through both in POCT system twice(right after blood drawn and at the same time of core lab testing)and a comparative device(core lab device)once for testing assay.All the variables of the blood gas tests were analyzed matingly.Results:All the measurement of the three groups showed good correlation.Turnaround time of POCT group was ve4.87±1.41 min,which was significantly shorter compared with conventional testing group(47.17±27.37 min).Conclusion:Comparing conventional test,the POCT has significantly shorten the turnaround time of blood gas analysis and the measurements are reliable.
