持续腰大池引流在颅脑外伤性脑膜炎中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Continuous Lumbar Cistern Drainage in Craniocerebral Traumatic Meningitis

目的:探讨持续腰大池引流在颅脑外伤性脑膜炎患者中的临床应用。方法:回顾2018年1月1日至2018年12月31日我院神经外科病区收治的40例颅脑外伤性脑膜炎患者(男性24例,女性16例),将其分为持续腰大池引流治疗组(n=20)和腰穿治疗对照组(n=20),对两组患者的临床治疗效果、实验室检查指标恢复时间进行比较。结果:持续腰大池引流治疗组总有效率明显高于腰穿治疗对照组(90%vs 60%,P<0.05)。治疗组的体温降至正常时间、头痛缓解时间、脑脊液性状改变时间、脑脊液白细胞恢复时间以及脑脊液压力恢复时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:持续腰大池脑脊液引流治疗颅脑外伤性脑膜炎可有效缩短患者治疗时间,快速缓解患者症状,方法简单,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the Clinical application of continuous lumbar cistern drainage in Craniocerebral traumatic meningitis.Methods:40 cases(24 males,16 females)of meningitis after craniocerebral trauma operation patients in neurosurgery of our hospital from January 1,2018 to December 31,2018 were retrospective analyzed,which were divided into continuous lumbar cistern treatment group(n=20)and lumbar puncture treatment control group(n=20).Clinical therapeutic effect and recovery time of laboratory test indicators were observed in each group.Results:The total effective rate in continuous lumbar cistern treatment group were significantly higher than lumbar puncture treatment control group(90%vs 60%,P<0.05).The temperature drops to normal time,headache relief time,change time of cerebrospinal fluid traits,leukocyte recovery time in cerebrospinal fluid and recovery time of CSF pressure in the treatment group were significantly shorter than lumbar puncture treatment control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous lumbar cistern cerebrospinal fluid drainage for craniocerebral traumatic meningitiscan effectively shorten the treatment time of patients,relief of symptoms quickly,the method is simple and worth popularizing.
