摘要
目的:分析子痫前期孕妇血清中白介素-17(Interleukin 17,IL-17)、白介素-21(Interleukin 21,IL-21)、白介素-23(Interleukin 23,IL-23)、转化生长因子-β(Transforming Growth Factor-β,TGF-β)表达水平的相关性。方法:选取我院2017年1月-2018年12月收治的120例子痫前期孕妇为观察组,另选同期产检的120例孕妇为对照组,对两组IL-17、IL-21、IL-23、TGF-β表达水平进行测定和比较,利用Pearson相关性分析法分析子痫前期与血清指标的相关性。结果:观察组IL-17、IL-21、IL-23、TGF-β表达水平均显著高于对照组;观察组内轻度子痫前期孕妇IL-17、IL-21、IL-23、TGF-β表达水平显著低于重度子痫前期孕妇;Pearson相关性分析结果提示,子痫前期与IL-17、IL-21、IL-23、TGF-β表达水平均呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论:子痫前期与IL-17、IL-21、IL-23、TGF-β表达水平密切相关,不失为理想的血清预测指标,值得推广使用。
Objective:To analyze the correlation of serum levels of interleukin-17(IL-17),interleukin-21(IL-21),interleukin-23(IL-23)and transforming growth factor-beta(TGF-beta)in preeclampsia pregnant women.Methods:120 pregnant women with preeclampsia admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as observation group,and 120 pregnant women with the same period of obstetric examination were selected as control group.The expression levels of IL-17,IL-21,IL-23 and TGF-beta were measured and compared between the two groups.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between preeclampsia and serum indicators.Results:The expression levels of IL-17,IL-21,IL-23 and TGF-beta in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the expression levels of IL-17,IL-21,IL-23 and TGF-beta in mild preeclampsia pregnant women in the observation group were lower than those in severe preeclampsia pregnant women(P<0.05);Pearson correlation analysis indicated that preeclampsia was associated with IL-17,IL-21,IL-23.The expression levels of TGF-beta were positively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preeclampsia is closely related to the expression levels of IL-17,IL-21,IL-23 and TGF-beta.It can be regarded as an ideal serum predictor and is worth popularizing.
