机械活化后变质型磷矿粉表面形貌及矿物成分变化研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用扫描电镜(SEM)及其附属功能能量散射谱仪(EDS)检测方法,研究了机械活化前后变质型磷矿粉的表面形貌及矿物成分变化。结果表明:机械活化前颗粒结构致密,出现片状微晶磷灰石,结晶度较好,而机械活化后,结构松散,颗粒变细碎,呈絮状,晶体边界表面模糊化;机械活化前后6个点位(a1、a2、a3、A1、A2和A3)元素相同(均至少包含O、Ca、C、Si、P、Fe、Al、K及Mg),但含量差异较大,其中机械活化前a3点位P、Ca元素波峰值较高,其他两个点位较低,而机械活化后3个点位(A1、A2和A3)Ca和P元素含量分别提高19.97和7.71个百分点,Ca/P比平均值增大23.26%。 Applying:Scanning electron microscopy (SEM)and its affiliated energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS)in laboratory experiment,This thesis revealed the surface form structure and mineral composition change of me-chanical activated metamorphic ore.The main findings are listed as follows:The particle structure of metamor-phic ore was compact,appearance of microcrystalline apatite flakes and crystalline before mechanical activa-tion,while loose structure,particles finely ,flocculent and crystal boundary surface vanished after mechanical activation.Elements of six points (a1 ,a2,a3,A1 、A2 and A3)of metamorphic ore before and after mechani-cal activation were the same (both containing at least O,Ca,C,Si,P,Fe,Al,K and Mg),but the contents were much differently.P and Ca element peak values of a3 point before mechanical activation were much more higher,but the other two levels were low.Ca and P element weight percentages of three points(A1 、A2 and A3))after mechanical activation increased by 1 9.97% and 7.71 %.The Ca /P average ratio increased by 23.26%.
