普通高中学业水平考试考纪管理问题研究——以辽宁省为例

摘要 普通高中学业水平考试是关系教育公平公正的一项国家教育考试。但其考试纪律情况与普通高考相比差距较大,考试违规人数偏多,一定程度上影响了国家教育考试的公信力。为整治考试纪律,提升考试信度,保障考试公平公正,应从普通高中学业水平考试的特点和实际出发,通过增强并充分发挥普通高中学业水平考试效能、实行一题多卷、加强考务管理、建立题库、应用智能评卷技术等有效措施,改革工作方式和管理手段,以期实现考试纪律的根本好转。 As one of the national education exams,high school academic achievement test is highly connected with educational fairness.However,the big difference in exam discipline between academic achievement test and college entrance examination as well as the slightly higher proportion of exam violation damage the public credibility of this national education exam to some degree.In order to regulate exam discipline,to improve exam reliability and to guarantee fairness and justice,effective measures should be carried out based on its characteristics and reality.Countermeasures include enhancing and making the most of exam effectiveness,presenting the answers of subjective questions objectively and implementing different versions of exam papers,strengthening examination management,improving proposition and building item bank,applying intelligent evaluation techniques in experimental units as well as reforming working and management method.
