摘要
本研究以四年级孤儿小学生为对象,运用多种积极心理干预技术,设计出孤儿小学生品格优势识别教育课程方案,通过心理健康教育课实施干预,旨在提升孤儿小学生对自身潜在品格优势的认识,使其在日后的学习与生活中学会有意识地运用自身品格优势,增进心理健康。通过实验组、控制组前后测准实验设计检验教育干预的效果,结果发现,品格优势识别教育干预有效地提升了实验班四年级孤儿小学生对'理想信念''洞察力''好学''自我管理''公正合作''坚毅勇敢''谦虚''仁善''爱''热情''对美好的领悟''社交能力'这12种品格优势的认识,使其学会了发掘自身潜在品格优势的方法,且这种干预效果具有一定的持续性。
Taking the fourth grade orphan pupils as the subjects,using a variety of positive psychological intervention techniques,the research developed a character strengths recognition education course scheme,and took the mental health education course as the way to carry out the intervention.The research purpose is to improve the orphan pupils’understanding of their potential character strengths so that they can learn to use their own character strengths in the future study and life so as to promote their mental health development.The effect of educational intervention was tested by pre-and post-test design of experimental group and control group.The results showed that the intervention of character strengths recognition education course effectively promoted the fourth grade orphan pupils’character strengths in the experimental class,such as ideal and belief,insight,being studious,self-management,fair cooperation,bravary and persistence,modesty,humanity,love,enthusiasm,an understanding of beauty and social intelligence,which made them learn to explore their own potential character strengths,and this kind of intervention effect had certain persistence.
