Xi Jinping’s sea strategic thought is an important part of Xi Jinping’s thought of governing the country.The thought of national development strategy,which is based on the interests of developing countries,in the development of domestic and international situation of sea scientific judgment basis,determines the strategic target,proposing three overall strategy,deploying of'four in one'construction of marine power.The strategic thinking is on the innovation and development of Marx’s view of the ocean,the improvement and development of the Chinese characteristic socialism theory system,and promote new peace,cooperation,sharing,win-win cooperation,international ocean values,which is a new stage of development of Marx’s thought of the ocean.
