摘要
就业是人们收入来源的基本保障,失业意味着失去收入来源,从而导致劳动者个人乃至其整个家庭都会陷入生活困境。当前社会贫富差距越来越大,导致贫富差距过大的直接原因就是失业。要想缩小贫富差距,从根本上减少失业人口,促进就业不失为最有效的方式,这依赖于就业优先的发展战略的实施,而就业优先战略的发展离不开其激励机制的确定。
Employment is the basic guarantee of income,unemployment means losing the source of income,which leads to individual workers and even the whole family will fall into the plight of life.The current social gap between the rich and the poor is more and more big,the cause of the excessive gap between rich and poor is the unemployment.To narrow the gap between rich and poor,fundamentally reduce unemployment,employment promotion is the most effective way,which depends on the development strategy of employment priority in the implementation of the development strategy of employment priority cannot do without its incentive mechanism to determine.
