金融危机背景下我国民营企业出口贸易发展研究

The Study on China's Private Enterprises' Export Trade Development under Post Financial Crisis Era

改革开放后,我国民营企业对外贸易出口一直呈现高速增长的趋势,同时也渐渐暴露出很多在发展过程中出现的问题。通过分析2008年金融危机过后的国际国内严峻形势,提出了从注重产品质量,创立国际品牌;提升企业技术实力,注重自主创新;进出口协调发展,注重"走出去"发展战略;唯才是用,改善民营企业人力资本状况;运用国际惯例积极应对贸易摩擦;建立现代企业管理制度;推动企业文化建设等方面加强民营企业出口可持续发展的对策和建议。

After the reform and opening up,foreign trade exports of China's private enterprises showed rapid growth,and also showed the existed problems during the period of the development.China' s private enterprises export trade has gradually built up a lot of the development process,particularly after the 2008 financial crisis is facing the grim situation,we should pay more attention to product quality,the creation of international brands;enhancing technical capabilities,focusing on innovation;importing and exporting coordinated development,focusing on 'going out'development strategy;meritocracy,improving human capital;application of international conventions to actively respond to trade friction;establishment of modern enterprise management system,promoting enterprise culture construction and other aspects of sustainable development of private enterprises exported and the paper proposes some countermeasures and suggestions.
