东北振兴战略下沈阳中小企业创新发展对策研究

随着《中共中央国务院关于全面振兴东北地区等老工业基地的若干意见》的出台,振兴东北已经成为国家发展战略的重要组成部分,东北地区中小企业的创新发展引起了政府和社会各界的关注,研究怎样为中小企业的创新发展提供支持也成为学界关注的热点问题。通过对沈阳中小企业发展面临的环境、机遇的分析,指出影响沈阳中小企业发展的若干问题,探讨政府如何为中小企业的快速健康发展提供环境和条件,并提出了具体的对策和建议。

Nowadays,with the introduction of the Opinions of Howto Totally Promote the Level of the Old Industrial Base of the Northeast Region,revitalizing the northeast China becomes an important part of the national development strategy.The small and medium-sized enterprises in the northeast region raise concerns of the government and the public.Researching on howto support the development of the small and medium-sized enterprises becomes a hot issue around the educational circles.This article points out some of the issues of the small and medium-size enterprises in Shenyang through analyzing their circumstances and opportunities,and will talk about what the government can do to improve the circumstances and conditions for the small and medium-sized enterprises to develop rapidly and soundly.
