将钢铁循环经济发展与效率分析相结合,提出了循环经济效率的概念,认为循环经济效率指标是衡量我国钢铁产业循环经济发展水平的最合适的测度指标,能够综合反映钢铁产业循环经济发展的程度。通过构建适合评价循环经济效率的评价指标选择体系和分析框架,对我国钢铁企业循环经济效率的水平进行了研究。

Combining the analysis of steel circular economy development and efficiency,the paper puts forward the concept of circular economy efficiency; and holds that circulation economic efficiency index is the most appropriate measure of steel industry circulation economy in our country.This paper focuses on circular economic efficiency of iron and steel industry,and conducts an research about the level of circular economic efficiency by constructing suitable evaluation index system and analysis framework for circular economic efficiency.
