摘要
在高校转型发展过程中,应以行业、企业用人标准作为高校人才培养定位的重要依据;根据企业的人才需求及岗位胜任条件设计人才培养方案的课程体系,将所需的知识、能力、素质分解,确立知识构成,实现课程设置,使行业、企业的生产技术的实际应用与高校的知识传授对接。以企业的实际产品为对象,将产品的设计、制造、检验、装配的生产过程对接到专业培养的教学过程,以培养学生解决工程实际问题的能力。
Transformation of the local universities and colleges in China is the adjustment of measures to meet the need of economic development and to solve the imbalance between the supply and demand of talents.The employment criteria of industries and enterprises is the basis of designating programs in universities and colleges.According to the demand for talents and post requirements,the courses are designed which decompose the required knowledge,capacity and quality and set up curriculum system,aiming to dock students' learning concerning production techniques with practical application in enterprises.The whole teaching process is related closely to the production process including designing,manufacturing,testing and assembling of practical products in order to attain the goal of enabling students to solve practical engineering problems.
