房地产开发与管理复合型人才培养模式研究

Study on the Training Mode of Compound Talents in Real Estate Development and Management

以房地产开发与管理专业复合型人才培养目标为切入点,提出了复合型人才培养的途径,即:设置以基础课-专业基础课-专业课-专业核心课为模块的课程体系和以课程设计-沙盘模拟-专业实践-毕业实习为基础的实践体系。以此培养具备创新能力、交流合作能力、技术能力、执业能力、项目管理能力的房地产专业复合型人才。

Taking the training target of compound talent of Real Estate Development and Management as the starting point,this paper puts forward the training way of compound talents: the curriculum system of basic subject-professional basic courses-professional courses-professional core courses,and the practice system of curriculum design-simulated sand table-professional practice-graduation practice.In order to improve the teaching effect,cultivate talents with innovative capability,communication and cooperation capability,technology capability,practice capability and project management capability,this paper provides some experience.
