摘要
通过利用学生满意度调查数据,研究了对学校的评价在学生专业满意度与就业信心之间的中介影响路径与机制。调查结果显示,专业满意度存在显著的中介效应,它不仅直接影响就业信心,而且通过影响对学校的评价间接影响就业信心。进一步研究发现,这一中介效应受年级、性别、生源地、填报志愿时是否出于就业考虑等因素的调节。
Based on the survey data of student satisfaction,this paper analyzes the mediating role of judge of the school in the affecting route of major satisfaction on employment confidence.The results showthat there is significant mediation effect.Major satisfaction not only affects employment confidence directly,but also indirectly.Moreover,the mediation effect was moderated by factors like grade,gender,origin of student and whether choosing school for the purpose of employment.
