甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲对老年2型糖尿病患者血糖控制及体质量指数的影响被引量：4

摘要选取2015年2月～2017年5月老年T_2DM患者82例,随机分对照组给予格列美脲+诺和灵30 R,实验组给予甘精胰岛素+格列美脲,治疗3个月。结果治疗后实验组2 hPG、FPG低于对照组(P <0. 05),BMI比较(P> 0. 05);实验组血糖完全达标率51. 22%高于对照组26. 83%(P <0. 05);低血糖发生率为4. 87%,低于对照组31. 71%(P <0. 05)。结论甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗老年T_2DM患者,控制血糖,血糖达标率,低血糖风险,BM I影响较小。
