DPP4抑制剂与α糖苷酶抑制剂对2型糖尿病患者胃肠道相关激素影响的系统评价 被引量:3

摘要 计算机全面检索Cochrane、EMbase、PubMed、CBM、VIP、万方数据库,检索时间设定为自建库至2018年5月。收集DPP4抑制剂与α糖苷酶抑制剂治疗2型糖尿病且比较胃肠道相关激素的随机对照试验(RCT)。由两位研究者根据纳入与排除标准筛选研究、提取资料,并根据Cochrane系统评价员手册进行质量评价后,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入6个RCTs,结果显示:DPP4抑制剂组与α糖苷酶抑制剂组可能都升高GLP-1水平,但DPP4抑制剂更明显;两者对GIP均有影响。DPP4抑制剂组降低空腹及餐后2小时胃饥饿素水平优于α糖苷酶抑制剂组,[MD=-135.43,95%CI(-166.66,-104.20);MD=-58.16,95%CI(-88.81,-27.51)];DPP4抑制剂组降低餐后2小时胃泌素水平优于α糖苷酶抑制剂组,[MD=-7.95,95%CI(-13.35,-2.55)],但降低空腹胃泌素水平方面,[MD=-0.66,95%CI(-6.75,5.43)]。结论 DPP4抑制剂与α糖苷酶抑制剂对肠促胰素、胃饥饿素、胃泌素水平均有影响。
