高T4型非甲状腺疾病综合征 被引量：1

摘要 非甲状腺疾病综合征(Nonthyroidel illness syndrome,NTIS),又称正常甲状腺病态综合征(Euthyroid sick syndrome,ESS)。系1903年Oppenheimer等首先报道了由于甲状腺外周组织疾病,使甲状腺激素不能发挥应有的作用效果,统称为NTIS[1];10年后Reichlin和Protnay等发现一些患有严重的危及生命的疾病,实验室检查血清FT3减少,r T3增加,FT4无变化,TSH正常。1982年由美国华盛顿医院的Leonard Wartofsky和Bunnan正式提出了ESS的概念[2]。目前扩大到,凡是非甲状腺本身,而是全身各系统性疾病引起了TH的代谢和调节异常,表达的各种激素水平异常:①低T3综合征,低T3、T4综合征,高T4综合征.
