摘要
通过meta分析法研究运动干预对我国大学生心境状态的影响机制,为今后相关研究提供循证学依据.以"体育运动""大学生""心境状态""physical activity"或"sports"或"physical exercise""Chinese college students""mood state"或"POMS"为主题词,检索国内外6大中英文数据库,共纳入文献18篇,包含研究样本2 019人.采用随机效应模型进行分析,紧张维度WMD值为4.38,95%CI[3.09,5.67],Z值为6.64;愤怒维度WMD值为3.71,95%CI[3.00,4.22],Z值为10.20;疲劳维度WMD值为4.15,95%CI[3.03,5.27],Z值为7.27;抑郁维度WMD值为4.10,95%CI[3.41,4.80],Z值为11.57;精力维度WMD值为-6.18,95%CI[-7.31,-5.05],Z值为10.70;慌乱维度WMD值为4.44,95%CI[3.20,5.69],Z值为7.01(P<0.00001);自尊维度WMD值为-2.98,95%CI[-4.02,-1.94],Z值为5.60.消极情绪纷乱总分TMD的WMD值为14.29,95%CI[10.58,18.01],Z值为7.55.运动干预能够有效缓解和减轻我国大学生的不良心境状态,提升大学生人群的心理健康水平,对大学生的消极情绪具有缓解作用,对积极情绪具有提升作用.尤其是8周以上的运动干预对大学生的疲劳水平具有明显的缓解作用;从事8周以上每次小于1h运动的大学生抑郁水平得到控制,精力水平显著上升;从事8周以上每次1h以上运动能够明显提高大学生的自尊水平.
The purpose of this research is to study the effects of sports intervention on the mood state of college students in China,to explore its mechanism,and to provide evidence-based basis for future research.With'sports''college students''mood state''physical activity''physical exercise''Chinese college students''mood state',and'POMS'as keywords,18 articles were selected and included in this study,including 2019 samples.Random effect model was used to analyze the combined effect value of the literature.The analysis results show that the tension dimension WMD=4.38,95%CI[3.09,5.67],Z=6.64;the anger dimension WMD=3.71,95%CI[3.00,4.22],Z=10.20;the fatigue dimension WMD=4.15,95%CI[3.03,5.27],Z=7.27;the depression dimension WMD=4.10,95%CI[3.41,4.80],Z=11.57;the energy dimension WMD=-6.18,95%CI[-7.31,-5.05],Z=10.70;the panic dimension WMD=4.44,95%CI[3.20,5.69],Z=7.01(P<0.000 01);self-esteem dimension WMD=-2.98,95%CI[-4.02,-1.94],Z=5.60;the total of motional disturb(TMD)WMD=14.29,95%CI[10.58,18.01],Z=7.55.Physical exercise can effectively alleviate and reduce the unhealthy mood state,improve the mood health level of college students in China.Moreover,physical exercise can alleviate the negative emotions of college students in China,and promote the positive emotions.Physical exercise for more than 8 weeks have obvious alleviation effect on fatigue level of college students.The depression level of college students who have been engaged in physical activities for less than 1 hours every 8 weeks has been controlled,and their energy level has increased significantly.More than 8 weeks,1 hours or more physical exercise can significantly improve the level of self-esteem of college students in China.
