14种中草药对肉鸡外周血淋巴细胞增殖及单核细胞吞噬功能的影响

The effects of 14 Chinese herbs on peripheral blood lymphopoiesis and monocyte phagocytosis in broiler chicken

本试验将竹茹、黄芪、大黄、党参、白芍、甘草、野菊花、桑白皮、白薇、苍术、柴胡、合欢皮、板蓝根、金银花共14种中草药体外应用于肉鸡外周血淋巴细胞和单核细胞。结果表明,桑白皮和柴胡能显著增强肉鸡淋巴细胞增殖功能(P<0.05),而大黄和金银花能显著抑制外周血单核细胞吞噬功能(P<0.05)。

In this study 14 Chinese herbs were chosen to study the effects of Chinese herbs on periph-eral lymphocyte proliferation and monocyte pinocytic activity. They were Caulis Bambusae in Taeniam (Zh-uru), Astragalus membranaceus (Huangqi), Rheum palmatum L. (Dahuang), Codonopsis pilosula (Dangshen), White peony root (Baishao), Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. (Gancao), Dendranthema indicum (Yejuhua), Morus alba L. (Sangbaipi), Cynanchum atratum (Baiwei), Atractylodes lancea (Cangzhu), Red thorowax root (Chaihu), Silktree albizia bark (Hehuanpi), Radix isatidis (Banlangen) and Lonicera japonica Thunb (Jinyinhua). The results showed that the Morus alba L. and Red thorowax root enhanced the proliferative activity of chicken blood lymphocytes(P<0.05), and Rheum palmatum L. and Lonicera japonica Thunb. inhib-ited the phagocytic activity of peripheral monocytes(P<0.05).
