调控鸡繁殖性能基因的SNPs效应

The SNPs effect of genes regulating reproductive performance in chickens

摘要 鸡的繁殖性能是多基因控制的复杂性状,是鸡的重要经济性状之一,受多基因效应的影响,许多候选基因都与繁殖性能有密切关系。本文通过分析激素受体类基因、CRBPs基因家族、VLDLR基因、影响骨发育类蛋白基因、调控肌肉生长类激素基因与鸡繁殖性能的相关性,为加速鸡繁殖性能的改良进程提供参考。 The reproductive performance of chicken is a complex trait controlled by polygenes,which is also one of the important economic traits in chicken breeding. Many candidate genes are closely related to reproductive performance influenced by polygene effect. This paper analyzes the correlation between hormone receptor genes, CRBPs gene family, VLDLR genes, bone development protein genes, muscle growth hormone genes and chicken reproductive performance, so as to provide reference for accelerating the improvement process of chicken reproductive performance.
