辽宁省牛副结核病血清学调查

Serological Investigation of Bovine Paratuberculosis in Liaoning Province

为了解辽宁省牛场副结核病的感染状况,采用ELISA方法对2017年间辽宁省14个地市奶牛场户的860份牛血清样品进行了副结核病抗体检测。结果显示:副结核阳性场占比44.2%,抗体阳性率为5.6%;奶牛场阳性率为5.5%,肉牛场阳性率为5.9%;不同饲养规模牛场的阳性率分别为:大型牛场1.8%、中型牛场7.7%、小型牛场8.6%。小型牛场的阳性率高于大、中型牛场。此次血清学调查采集样品的地理范围较广、样品的采集量较大,基本能够反映辽宁省牛场牛副结核病的感染情况,调查结果可为副结核病的预防和控制提供参考。

In order to understand the infection status of Paratuberculosis in cattle farms in Liaoning Province, 860 bovine serum samples from dairy farms in 14 cities of Liaoning Province were tested for Paratuberculosis antibody by ELISA method. The results showed that the positive farm rate of Paratuberculosis antibody is 44.2%, the positive rate of Paratuberculosis antibody is 5.6% in total, 5.5% in dairy farms and 5.9% in beef farms. The positive rates of different size cattle farms is distinct, 1.8% in large cattle farm, 7.7% in the medium and 8.6% in the small, respectively. The positive rate of small cattle farm was higher than that of the large and the medium cattle farms. The geographic range of samples collected in this serological survey is wide and the amount of samples is enormous, which can basically reflect the infection situation of cattle Paratuberculosisin Liaoning provincial cattle farms. The results of the survey can provide reference for the prevention and control of Paratuberculosis.
